Manual skills, expertise and commitment allow a manufacturing process extremely precise and detail oriented. The careful study of the design, the appropriate choice of fabrics for the best wearability, combined with the use of advanced technologies, result in a product that guarantees the best result in terms of aesthetics, craftsmanship and quality.
Manufacturing process
Although the production cycle is run using modern machinery, the techniques applied are based on the traditional teachings of Antonio Cutillo, who, inspired by the rules of the Neapolitan sartorial school, has firmly established procedures and methodologies that always focus to highlight the details and the “know-how”.
Hand-made
In the last decade, the constant demand for made-to-measure garments has led to the need for further expansion. An area of the factory is exclusively dedicated to the production of handmade sartorial trousers. A staff of tailors trained from the beginning by master Antonio Cutillo is now directed by Giuseppe, who has successfully combined the excellence of his father’s teaching with the highest quality and craftsmanship of tailoring.
All the steps of the trousers are made exclusively by hand, with the exception of a few seams which, in Giuseppe’s expert opinion, perform better and increase the longevity of the garment.
Details
All stitching, bar tacks and buttonholes are made by hand. The belt is constructed and applied entirely by hand.
