Lining

All tailored trousers are lined up to the knee to support the outer fabric and make it slide easily when you sit down.

Waistband split

As small as it is indispensable, the waistband split is a trick devised by tailors over the years, essential for increasing the comfort and fit of trousers and preventing tears.

Side tabs

The button/buttonhole system in the fabric, sewn outside into the corset, make adjustments on the waist size possible.

Belt loops

The belt loops are sewn onto the inside of the waistband and are also fastened by bar tacks, while the waistband for the braces has no loops but six internal buttons (at the two sides, in front and in the middle at the back).

Tirapancia / Pancierina

The two details have the same function, to maintain the unaltered fit of the front part of the trousers. In the case of the flap closure with zip we apply the “Tirapancia”. In the case of closing the flap with a button panel, we will apply the “Pancierina”.
