How to measure
Waistline:
Measure the circumference of your waist four fingers below your navel (it is important not to hold your breath). Make sure the measuring tape is aligned horizontally and check that your trousers do not interfere with the measurement.
Seat:
Measure the circumference of the hips at the widest point, usually halfway up the gluteus, holding the tape measure horizontally.
Thigh:
Measure the circumference of both thighs just below the crotch and enter the largest value between the two. Make sure the tape-measure is aligned horizontally.
Knee:
Take the measurement at kneecap level.
Calf:
Measure at their widest point, located approximately ¾ off the ankle.
Outseam:
Measure from the hip line to the bottom.
Inseam:
Slightly spread the legs.
Measure from the highest point of the thigh (at crotch height) to the bottom, following the natural line of the inner leg. Keep the tape measure close to your body.
Crotch:
This is the difference between the outseam and inseam length.
For finished trousers, the inseam must be taken up to the desired length.
Opening:
Finally, as far as width is concerned, there are no standard or fixed measurements. It is important that the trousers are wide enough not to catch on the calf during movements and that they always allow the trousers to fall easily over the shoe or ankle, depending on the length.

Choose the shape of your back profile: Stooped or Erect. This is very important!
